  • Payment Details: Bank account or UPI info (handled securely via third-party gateways like Razorpay; we don't store card numbers).
  • Attendance & Performance Data: Class attendance, assignment scores, project submissions (for certificate issuance).
  • Website Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent (via cookies – see Section 6).
  • Communication Records: Emails, WhatsApp chats, or call logs related to your queries or support.

We collect this data directly from you (forms, calls, emails) or automatically (website analytics). We do not collect sensitive info like Aadhaar, PAN, or health details unless required for scholarships/internships (with your consent).

2. How Do We Use Your Information?          

We use your data only for legitimate purposes related to your education and career:

  • Enrollment & Course Delivery: To process admissions, schedule classes, send reminders, and track progress.
  • Placement & Internship Support: To match you with job opportunities, share your resume with partner companies, and provide career counseling.

  • Legal Compliance: To meet government requirements like GST invoicing or attendance records.

  • Legal Reasons: If required by law, court order, or to protect our rights (e.g., fraud prevention).

In case of a business merger or sale, your data may transfer to the new owner, but we'll notify you first.   

4. How Do We Keep Your Data Secure?        

Security is our top priority.

  • Alumni: Basic contact info kept indefinitely for career updates (you can request deletion).
  • Enquiries: Deleted after 6 months if no enrollment.
  • Legal Records: As required by law (e.g., 7 years for financial data).

Once no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.     

6. Cookies and Website Tracking        

Our website uses cookies (small files) to improve your experience
