Refund Policy

At F1 Macro Technologies, we work hard to ensure every student gets the best value from our courses. However, we understand life can sometimes bring unexpected challenges. This Refund Policy explains our clear rules on refunds. Please read it carefully before joining any course.

General Rule: Fees Once Paid Are Non-Refundable
  • All fees paid towards registration, course fees, or any instalments are non-refundable after admission is confirmed.
  • This applies whether you pay the full amount upfront or in EMI.
  • Our goal is to provide quality education, so we encourage students to commit fully and attend regularly. Refunds are not given for second thoughts, change of mind, or personal reasons like job changes or travel plans.
When Can You Get a Refund? (Only in Special Circumstances)

Refunds are possible only in very rare cases and only after written approval from the Branch Head. You must submit a formal request with supporting documents (like doctor's certificate or official proof). The Branch Head will review and decide within 7–10 working days. Even if approved, refunds are limited to the unused portion of the fees.Here are the special circumstances where we may consider a refund (specific to computer training institutes like ours):

  1. Medical Emergency or Health Issues
    • If you or a close family member faces a serious medical problem that prevents you from attending classes.
    • Proof Required: Doctor's certificate or hospital report showing the issue started after admission and affects your ability to study for at least 3 months.
    • Possible Refund: Up to 50–70% of paid fees (minus registration fee), if requested within 15 days of the issue.

  2. Institute-Initiated Batch Cancellation
    • If we cancel your batch due to low enrollment, faculty unavailability, or force majeure (like natural disasters or government restrictions).
    • No Proof Required: We will notify you immediately.
    • Possible Refund: 100% of paid fees, or option to shift to another batch at no extra cost.

  3. Death in Immediate Family
    • If a parent, spouse, sibling, or child passes away, making it impossible for you to continue the course.
    • Proof Required: Death certificate and relation proof.
    • Possible Refund: Up to 80% of paid fees (minus registration fee), if requested within 30 days of the event.

  4. Relocation Due to Job Transfer or Family Reasons
    • If you have to move to another city/country for a confirmed job or family emergency, and online options are not available for your course.
    • Proof Required: Job offer letter, transfer order, or family emergency documents.
    • Possible Refund: Up to 50% of paid fees, only if requested before 20% of the course is completed.

  5. Technical Issues in Online Classes (For Online Students Only)
    • If our online platform fails repeatedly (more than 5 sessions) and we cannot fix it within 48 hours, affecting your learning.
    • Proof Required: Screenshots or emails showing the issues.
    • Possible Refund: Pro-rated refund for affected modules, or shift to offline if possible.

Important Notes on All Cases:

  • Registration Fee of Rs. 1000 is always non-refundable, as it covers administrative costs.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed via bank transfer or cheque within 15–30 working days.
  • No refunds after 30% of the course is completed, even in special cases.
  • If you have attended classes or used resources, the refund amount will be reduced accordingly.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Write a formal email to info@f1macrotechnologies.com with subject: "Refund Request – [Your Full Name & Course]".
  2. Include: Your admission details, reason for request, date of payment, and all supporting documents.
  3. Visit the nearest branch (Delhi/Gurgaon) for in-person discussion if needed.
  4. The Branch Head will reply within 7 days with the decision.

Our Commitment

We rarely approve refunds because we believe in helping every student succeed. If possible, we prefer options like:

  • Shifting to a later batch (free of cost).
  • Converting to online mode.
  • Pausing your course for up to 3 months.
